As a licensed master social worker, I draw from a variety of frameworks with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy by using a strengths-based and empowerment approach. I specialize in working with clients who have issues related to transitions into adulthood, indecisiveness, self-esteem, and developing healthy relationships. I collaborate with clients to help them develop effective coping mechanisms, and accomplish personal goals.
