You are not alone dear one. We are going to dig in deeper to foster healing together. I will support and provide safety and comfort while undoing aloneness. Our work will provide relief from anxiety and/ or depression as we explore core self through compassion to ease discomfort. You are not your adverse experiences and you can re-wire. I will guide and we will heal attachment trauma, complex PTSD, relationship patterns, emotional neglect, people-pleasing, or anxious-avoidant dynamics. Through co-regulation of body awareness and experiencing inner core truths we'll foster healing. I believe in your inner wisdom for transformation.
