As a human race many people are able to navigate through life gracefully with minimal disruption. Sometimes our path in life may take us through unexpected twist and turns. It's often through the face of adversity that we learn our true strengths and abilities. Therapeutic support may lend a hand in maneuver through some of life’s challenges. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, offering individual therapy using a person-centered and cognitive behavioral approach to treatment. I attended NYIT where I obtained a BS in Psychology, and a MS in Mental Health Counseling.
