Hello! I am so glad you're here. Anything new can evoke an array of feelings, and therapy is no different. Therapy is a space for individuals to understand themselves, their needs, and any current distress in their life, while exploring avenues for change, hope, and healing. It is my hope to help you to do so all while feeling feel informed, empowered, seen, & supported. My style is relational, collaborative, curious, direct yet gentle, compassionate, and trauma-informed. Together we can explore what is important to you through traditional talk therapy, art therapy, or any combination thereof, as I am independently licensed in both.
