I believe to be a safe person to talk with in order to help guide one through daily life's struggles, past traumas, emotional struggles, etc by being authentic, caring, empathic and non-judgmental. I also pull from my own life's experiences which benefits my clients in a way of being able to meet them where they are emotionally. I have had the opportunity to attend several trainings in a variety of therapeutic modalities. I feel very competent in working with CBT techniques, DBT techniques, Trauma therapy techniques, Grief therapy techniques and EMDR among others. I work very hard to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
