I get it… Making the decision to ask for help is hard- it takes courage. I think most of us would like to think we can deal with whatever life throws at us- until we can’t. … and the proverbial "shit hits the fan". My goal is to help you confront the issue(s) standing in the way of the life you want. You don’t have to do it alone. Sometimes we all need a new perspective to consider. In the most simplistic of terms, that’s what therapy is about. After more than a decade of helping others, here’s what I’ve learned: people want to be accepted, heard, and understood. They want to connect with someone who “gets it”. I can’t promise you everything will be rainbows and unicorns if you work with me (I wish I could!) …What I can promise is a safe space to talk, a spot where you can tell your story.
