I specialize in trauma focused therapy using Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Ego State/IFS Therapy. The other counseling approaches I use are from a Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, or Person Centered view. You are unique in your issues and our therapeutic relationship is tailored to you. My approach is a respectful inquiry into my client’s personal issues to envision improved functioning and a future to move towards change. We will work toward positive thoughts feelings and behaviors to improve your life. I see children 12+ Adolescent/Teen, and adult clients in individual therapy.
