My name is Tina Salazar, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the LA area and working statewide in CA via telehealth. I work with adults who are experiencing difficulties including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress. I utilize an integrative approach that will help you focus on personal growth to live a full and authentic life. I use and/or combine, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Coaching and Solution Focus techniques, and other Tools as an integrated approach that is best suited to your needs. I am also open to using any modalities that may work for your specific issues.
