As someone with a Middle Eastern background, I understand how challenging it can be to seek therapy during times of distress. As a therapist, I specialize in Multicultural and Trauma Counseling, drawing from my own diverse experiences to offer support that respects and aligns with cultural values. Currently, I provide telehealth services, working with individuals, couples, and families to address and overcome the traumas and challenges they face. My goal is to empower and support those dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship stress, and PTSD.
