I work with teens, adults, and older adults who are facing challenges related to eating disorders and poor body image, as well as other issues such as alcoholism, substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, and sexual concerns. I often receive referrals from weight loss management doctors when their patients are encountering emotional or psychological difficulties that are getting in the way of them losing weight. I also frequently work with adolescents for a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, eating issues, and concerns related to sexuality.
