Life is challenging and learning to navigate it in a healthy manner is key to being happy. Are you just content or satisfied where you are in life or do you want to “reach for the stars” but life has taken the wind out of your sails? I like to meet people where they are and as a counselor help them reach where they want to be mentally. I believe my life experiences have shaped me into a counselor that connects with clients without judgement. Connecting to a counselor is the most important aspect of counseling because without a connection you may not feel comfortable being vulnerable.
