I use a person-centered and solution-focused approaches to help clients over come everyday struggles. I enjoy guiding and assisting clients through addressing their past trauma to find joy and peace by reducing shame, guilt, and fear. I am an EMDRIA approved Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Certified Therapist.
