With over ten years experience in both clinical mental health and school counseling, I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My background and experience in the Seminole County school system allow me the ability to help children and teenagers with their growth - both academically and emotionally. My journey into therapy began when I witnessed firsthand the tremendous impact that mental health support can have on individuals and families.
