I am Tisela M. Viera, a licensed clinical social worker in Florida with 10 years of professional experience. I have a Person-Center approach to therapy. I specialize in supporting older adults facing life transitions, chronic pain and illness, loss, and trauma. My work focuses on helping clients rediscover their strengths, build effective coping strategies, and embrace a renewed sense of purpose and well-being. In addition, I have extensive experience assisting individuals with stress, anxiety, and depression.
