My ideal client is someone who appears capable on the outside but feels overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected on the inside. They may be struggling with anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, or long standing patterns that no longer serve them. Often, they are insightful and self aware, yet find it hard to translate that insight into lasting change. They need a space that feels safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental where they can slow down, be honest, and feel truly understood. They want a therapist who listens intently, helps them make sense of their experiences, and offers tools and emotional support.
