When you understand why you do what you do, when the patterns finally make sense, when you see how your environment shaped you… that's when real change becomes possible. I'm Tiyahnni, and my path to therapy was anything but straight. GED to MSW, healthcare worker to boutique owner to therapist, a winding journey that seemed like wandering but turned out to be exactly the preparation I needed. All those years taught me that people heal when you see them as whole humans, not just their diagnoses, and that the most powerful work you can do is to sit with someone in their worst moments.
