One of the most rewarding parts of my work is witnessing the incredible ways people transform their lives. Many of the individuals I work with come to me after difficult or painful experiences—often having tried to manage everything on their own. Sometimes, they've pushed things so far down that it’s hard to know where to begin or how to start feeling better. In our work together, we focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of what's impacting daily life, not just the symptoms. My approach is straightforward and centered around your goals. I will help you explore and challenge thinking patterns and personal narratives that may be holding you back from being where you want to be in life.
