My style of practice incorporates a relational, trauma-informed lens to support clients in developing the skills needed to navigate life transitions, identifying and managing triggers and unwanted behaviors, strengthening self-awareness, establishing and implementing healthy boundaries within relationships, and building and maintaining relationships and social support. I will provide a collaborative and supportive therapeutic space in which treatment is led by you and deep and meaningful healing is prioritized. Your individual strengths and needs will be assessed and this will guide which therapeutic approach is a good fit for you. I am skilled in the implementation of trauma-informed, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches and have training in CBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, DBT and CPP. I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced depression, anxiety, trauma, relational conflict, life transitions, personality disorders, systemic oppression and racism.
