We all want to be comfortable in our life pursuits and sometimes that does not seem possible or the changes we need to make seem impossible or overwhelming. Asking others for help also is hard but it can be worth the try. Trusting another person for some is the biggest hurdle. I have been in these situations myself personally. I have also helped people of almost all ages surmount their difficulties and make gains toward their goals. I have been a mental health professional over 35 years.
