As a psychotherapist and working musician, I'm dedicated to supporting the emotional wellbeing of adults and children, and in particular, of artists, creatives, misfits, entrepreneurs, founders, and people with hidden creative identities. Together, I explore clients’ dreams and hopes, their messy, rude, and uncivilized parts, and the ways in which we all deny ourselves the truest embodiments of ourselves. I utilize a highly relational and integrative approach in treating anxiety, mood disorders, depression, “stuckness”, emotional dysregulation, career stress & burnout, executive functioning, ADHD, and relationship difficulties.
