Hello and welcome. I am an experienced psychotherapist who serves diverse populations. My theoretical orientation (approach) is based on Carl Rogers's "Person-Centered." My education and training in ‘community health’ has enabled me the opportunity to serve high-need populations with a wide variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, Bipolar (OCD), and neurodiverse populations. I use a direct and clinical approach with my clients, identifying and addressing key client issues quickly, ethically, and confidentially.
