My ideal client is someone who is just not quite sure,'where to go from here', with issues such as Anxiety, Depression, and just plain being,' Stuck'.I have over 25 years of counseling experience and have successfully helped clients overcome career, family, and relationship dilemmas, as well as addiction and troubles with compulsive behaviors. I will work with you in determining your best course and help you break down seemingly monstrous problems into manageable tasks. Co-Dependency in relationships is one of my specialties. I have even trained other therapists in dealing with this and other issues.
