Since 1992 I have been helping clients from high school to retirement age respond to challenges facing them throughout their life cycles. Throughout my career I have facilitated my clients in developing skills and learning to ways to cope with the demands of school, socialization challenges, relationship dynamics, depression, anxiety, ADHD, sexuality, professional/career development and sports performance enhancement.
