Accepting new virtual clients! (IFS / Parts Work) Ages 15 - Adult! Sometimes life gets in the way of our happiness. Sometimes we just don't know how to be happy because we took on a dysfunctional way of communicating. Sometimes, we continue to struggle with challenges from our past (abuse, sexual trauma, etc), no matter how hard we try to fix it or how hard we run from it (physically or with substance). You absolutely CAN get past the challenges that are keeping you from living your best self. I've been in that tough space. I get it. You don't have to do it alone.
