I am a currently licensed in the state of Colorado, Mississippi, and Washington, DC with more than six years of mental health experience. My experience comes from guiding young adults, adults, and older adults on a journey of discovering how to effectively cope with unexpected life changes, stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, self- esteem/confidence issues, & other varying types and severities of challenges through God’s truths and promises. I work with my clients whether in individual, marriage, or group setting to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
