With me / Landmark Counseling LLC, you will learn the skills and tools needed to manage those overwhelming, distressful feelings. We will identify and develop your therapy goal(s) and work towards those goal(s) so that you can THRIVE and LIVE your BEST self. You will find me to be compassionate, caring, non-judging, and empowering. My areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, grief and loss, mood disorders, and panic attack and disorders. I work with individuals and families utilizing an integrative therapy model in my work - Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Strength Based Therapy.
