My approach in helping you do your inner work is collaborative, transformative, and tailored to your individualized journey. Perhaps you recognize how your attachment style may have been affected because of your upbringing, or even religious trauma. I help you make connections, unlearn, re-parent, and/or re-wire your brain for success through EMDR.
