I am a person-centered therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families experiencing difficulties with communication, relationships, and intimacy. I focus on creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust and respect because profound personal growth can occur when you feel truly heard and understood. My goal is to help you gain clarity, increase self-awareness, and develop the confidence to make positive changes in your life. For the last 12 years, I have worked with youth and adults struggling with mental health in residential, corrections, and outpatient settings.
