As a psychotherapist, I've worked with diverse populations across New York City and currently specialize in working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges—whether in dating, friendships, or family dynamics—as well as LGBTQ individuals. Additionally, I work with clients in active recovery from substance use. My clients are typically goal-driven while seeking direction towards creating a more fulfilling life.
