I’m a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst whose path to clinical work followed a long chapter in global leadership. Before this life, I spent decades leading teams across cultures—including as a CEO based in China—navigating complexity, ambition, and identity in high-stakes environments. Over time, though, I began to feel a dissonance between outer success and inner meaning. That shift led me to this work.
