As a private recovery coach, I help you reconnect with yourself and move toward lasting change. Recovery isn’t just abstinence—it’s healing, clarity, and coming home to who you are. Whether you’re sober-curious, newly sober, or rebuilding your life, I’ll meet you where you are with compassion, insight, and support. I provide private recovery coaching for individuals, transitional coaching for people facing significant life change, and family coaching for people with loved ones who suffer from substance use disorders. I also host two weekly men's groups focused on relationships, emotional literacy, fatherhood, life transitions, codependency issues, and more.
