I BELIEVE: 1) It is in the context of relationship that we make the deepest change. 2) We grow and excel in an environment with just the right amount of support & challenge. 3) We must feel understood--by ourselves, yes, and often by another--before we can make change. 4) Engaging in our passions make us come alive. These four core beliefs guide my work as a psychologist, life coach, author, radio host, and performer. Working collaboratively and fostering safe spaces, together we can increase awareness and create experiences that allow our best selves to emerge.
