For over 20 years, I’ve supported people from many different backgrounds through life’s changes and challenges. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle work, family, relationships, identity, and self-worth—especially in today’s climate. Therapy can be a place to find balance, grounding, and relief from uncertainty. If you’re looking to explore trauma, its impact, and ways to move through it, I bring specialized training in EMDR (a trauma-focused therapy), Gestalt (a mind–body approach), and CBT/DBT (to build self-regulation, mindfulness, and healthier beliefs about yourself).
