My goal is to support people along the journey using a goal-oriented and strengths-based approach. That means creating a safe, secure foundation for us to do our work. From there we set a clear path and check in along the way to ensure that you are meeting your stated goals. We exist in a web of relationships. Learning about ourselves requires exploring these relationships, whether they have been positive or negative or, often, some mixture of both. These relationships contribute to the many parts of ourselves. Critical to the work is getting to know these parts and how they impact our behavior.
