Welcome! I specialize in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxiety related issues, and Trauma/PTSD with adults and teens 14+. I approach therapy in a way that is more than just talking - highly experiential, present-centered, and focused on making change within and outside of session. I aim to cultivate a space where you feel unconditionally supported while also being challenged in a direct and kind manner. I have extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which serves as the foundation of my clinical approach and is integrated with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
