I love working with adults +18 who are motivated to make changes and improve their lives. My clients are interested in exploring and challenging themselves in order to achieve their goals, but do not yet have the tools to do so. My goal is to cultivate an authentic human connection with my clients by creating a safe and comfortable space to explore underlying issues, promote growth, and facilitating change.
