My treatment philosophy is based on the belief that the practice of self-discovery creates more room for you to live your life to its fullest potential. Unfortunately, mental, emotional and relationship challenges can severly impeed your efforts. By weaving together behavioral, cognitive, developmental, personality and systems theories of psychology; many of the challenges can be resolved. In addition, the spiritual beliefs and religious traditions of each individual are explored. For many, this experience facilitates living more authentically and cultivates a compassionate understanding of self with a spirit of confidence that paves the way for greater accomplishment in all aspects of life.
