My ideal client is a young adult or adult who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their direction. Many young adults struggle with school, work, motivation, or identity, and feel deeply lonely or disconnected, with difficulty forming or sustaining satisfying relationships. I also work with individuals navigating grief and loss, as well as those living with chronic pain and the emotional strain that often accompanies it. They’re seeking a steady, thoughtful space to understand their experience, develop healthier attachment and connection, and move forward with greater clarity, stability, and self-direction.
