Hi I’m Tonga, a LPC in the state of AZ. I earned my masters degree in 2007 from Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA. I have been licensed for 12 years and providing therapeutic services for over 22 years. I specialize in person centered therapy that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I enjoy working with individuals who are ready to make changes in the way they manage their thoughts, emotions, and actions. As someone who has experienced depression, anxiety, and unhelpful self talk I provide compassionate support and tools to help you on your journey.
