I’m much more than a drug and alcohol counselor! Hi, I’m Toni Almeida‑Russell (MS, LADC‑I, LCDP, CCTP, CGS)—a licensed counselor and trauma professional with nearly twenty years of experience. I support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, substance use, and major life transitions. My work is grounded in trauma‑informed care, CBT, and a deep belief in the healing power of authentic, supportive relationships. As an ally to LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC communities, I honor the richness of identity and lived experience. My goal is to create a space where every person feels seen, respected, and valued.
