My office is in Southern Maine close to Portsmouth, New Hampshire. It is a home office and there are 3 steps at the entrance. There is a dog on site who is learning to be a therapeutic support dog. I practice with an eclectic style drawing on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral, EMDR and various other modalities that are determined to be appropriate to the clients needs and comfort level. I encourage clients draw on their strengths and empower the client to utilize their present skills. This process should be positive journey for the client and my role is to support and facilitate.
