Growing up in today's society comes with many pressures and challenges that can have an enormous impact on our youth. Through a collaborative relationship, I will assist my client in reaching realistic and attainable goals. Through healthy coping skills they will learn to better handle life's everyday stressors. I understand that the decision to pursue therapy can be a difficult process. It is my goal to provide a safe place for my clients so that they may bring out the best in themselves.
