I believe that human beings have an inner motivating force that moves them toward more health and fulfillment. Life is difficult. We all have our particular, usually life long issues that get in the way of our personal growth. The going is often ridiculously slow and repetitive; this is where therapy can be so helpful. I think and feel it is an honor to be let into someone’s life and be a catalyst for beneficial change. I believe in being happy NOW! So I will not hesitate to be straightforward and directive if I think it will be helpful.
