You're working so hard to keep it all together, fighting an uphill battle just to feel okay. You might be struggling with past trauma, life and family transitions, or working to recover from the anxiety, depression and addictions that are keeping you stuck. You don't need someone to tell you what's wrong- you need a safe space to learn how to feel, to process what you're going through, and a warm and nonjudgmental person to support and guide you through life's ups and downs. That's where I come in. I want to be a safe source of guidance and encouragement as you grow on your journey.
