I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience providing therapy. I am compassionate, warm and engaging. It is very important to me to respect and empower each individual to enable the confidence needed to make life changes. I approach therapy with a combination humanistic and cognitive-behavioral modalities to identify and reframe negative and unhelpful thoughts that may be affecting the way you think, feel and respond to situations in an unhelpful way. Throughout my years in the field, I have worked with many individuals on a wide range of concerns including but not limited to stress, anxiety, self-esteem, OCD, ADHD, career difficulties, depression, LGBT+, relationship dynamics, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, grief, intimacy issues, anger management and bipolar disorder.
