My name is Toni Pinkerton and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in working with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety and depression. I help by validating emotions and assisting you in developing solutions to improve your well being. In our first sessions you can expect a person centered approach to be heard and have an opportunity to share your story. My practice is unique because I believe in giving others the opportunity to feel valued and heard.
