Supporting and empowering others in any way I can is my passion! I cater to most forms of mental health with my expertise most notably with complex PTSD for narcissistic abuse, anxiety, bipolar, and ADHD. I have the most experience with survivors of domestic abuse and in substance use. I truly honor the therapeutic alliance that lays the foundation to a collaboration effort where true healing and trust can occur. This allows for deep, impactful healing modalities to be utilized and for an authentic interaction to manifest into higher thinking, as well as guiding clients to attain a growth mindset for long term positive change. We can than unlearn detrimental cycles which gives a release of stuck, heavy emotions that burden our day to day experiences to find peace.
