Quality of life is of the utmost importance in achieving life fulfillment, but sometimes barriers can arise diminishing our quality of life. Whether it is due to physical illness, depression, anxiety, life changes, or daily stressors, I work with my clients to form an individualized treatment plan to improve their quality of life. I also specialize in treatment of clients with health issues and subsequent quality of life and/or psychological issues. Some of these health issues include transplant-related care, pre- or post-bariatric surgery care, psycho-oncology, chronic pain, transitions in care, and difficulties with adherence.
