My goal is to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and real—especially for those impacted by trauma. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath, make sense of your story, and move toward healing at a pace that feels supportive and empowering. While trauma work can be deep, there is also room for lightness, growth, and even laughter. I work with individuals navigating trauma and complex trauma (C-PTSD), anxiety, depression, identity exploration, psychosis, and co-occurring disorders, as well as chronic illness and gender dysphoria. No one should have to untangle these experiences alone. My style is direct, trauma-informed, and rooted in evidence-based care. I draw from CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, and other integrative approaches to help clients process emotional pain, break long-standing patterns, & build practical tools for lasting change.
