I am an open-minded person, that is accepting of all individuals that I encounter. I respect and honor the differences that everyone comes with and recognize that each person's life experiences give them unique perspectives. I enjoy helping individuals attain goals that they have identified. I use various methods/models in therapy. I believe talk therapy is very important, talk therapy is used alongside Motivational Interviewing and CBT. Focusing on understanding how thoughts, emotions, and actions impact each other is the first step to reaching goals.
